They look for dental trouble, even if you don’t have none, and make up unbelievable price and then give you a discount . They think, they are doing you a favor. Most of the dentist in Dallas are crooks and thieves . Hard to find a genuine, trustworthy one. This world is so deceptive .Unfortunate. On July 29 , 2026 , I had an appointment at Frisco Crossing Dental group for a regular cleaning ,even though I have absolutely no complaints about my teeth. They took many x rays and the dentist told me I need a deep cleaning which will cost me $ 668.00 after my Aetna insurance. In 2024 , the dentist gave me the same bill , but reduced it to $125.00 for deep cleaning. Now , I asked for a regular cleaning , which they refused and I left . Is it ethical to do this to a patient who has no issues with the teeth?. They are all money hungry. Texas board of dental examiners should have stringent rules, not to cheat the patients. I will never ever go there.

Im new to the area and highly recommend. I had broken a tooth on my lunch hour called to see if I can get an appointment. I was in a panic, it was one of my front teeth. They got me in within an hour , Dr.Ashraf and Stacy were very quick to get me back and looked at and quickly came up with a dental plan.
